Note: When first signing up on the ePharmily you can choose to connect your social account with Facebook, Google, or Apple. You’ll be taken to a separate page to verify yourself and confirm that they can share the specified info with us.

It’s the process of confirming the validity and ownership of an email address. We use it to authenticate our users, so we keep all accounts secure/safe.

By verifying your email we are able to better help you recover your account and notify you of any unauthorised changes to the email address and password associated with your account.

How do I verify my email address?

When you sign up and provide your email, you'll receive an email verification request to your inbox.

You'll need to click on the link within the specified timeframe to verify your email address.

If you don't verify it, you might get limited access.

What happens if my account is compromised?

we urge all users to review the options below and take action to ensure your account remains safe. To Secure Your Account And Devices We Recommend That You Take The Following Steps:

Make sure to choose a strong, unique password that is at least 8 characters, and contains at least: one Capital Letter, one Special Character, and one Digit / Number.
Do not use a password that is linked to any other accounts you use.
Enable two-factor authentication (2FA): Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to accounts and data by requiring two forms of identification to access them.
If you haven't already, we highly recommend enabling 2FA for added security. You can find instructions on your epharmily profile setting > Security settings > Two-factor authentication.
Check your computer / devices for malware. - We recommend scanning any devices you use to log into your account with a reputable antivirus software to ensure they are free from malware or any other threats.
Change your passwords often. If you haven't updated your password in some time, we recommend doing so every 6 months.

How do I delete my ePharmily account?

If you decide you no longer need your ePharmily account and would like to close it, there are a few things you should check beforehand.

Before you close your account

We recommend you check and follow these steps before you permanently close your account, so that you have everything you need:

Withdraw all pills earnings from your balances.
Check your connected payment cards — make sure you remove your card details from pills purchase.
Wait for any pending pill payments to go through on your epharmily account.

Will you delete my data?

YES... All your data on ePharmily app, will be deleted immediately, and can not be retrieved.

Create a group chat on ePharmily.

1. Log in to Your ePharmily Account

Open your web browser or the ePharmily app on your device.
Enter your username and password in the login fields or use a social login.
Click "Login" to access your account.
Once logged in, locate the Groups option on the main menu (or side-bar for website).

2. Start a New Group

On the Group page, look for the "Create Group" button. This is typically located at the top right side.
Click on this button to begin setting up your group chat.

3. Name Your Group Chat

You will be prompted to enter a name for your group chat. Choose a name that clearly represents the purpose or participants (e.g., "Pharmacy Owners USA").
On "Select Privacy" - Indicate here, if the group is a “public group”, “Closed group” or “Secret group”
Choose the “categories” and "country" the group falls into
Also add a group icon and description

Congratulations, Your new group chat will now appear in your chat list, and you can now invite members.

Tips

Managing Participants: After you have created the group chat, you can add or remove participants at any time by accessing the group settings.

Notifications: Check your notification settings in ePharmily to ensure you do not miss any messages from your newly created group chat.

Privacy Settings: Review the privacy settings of the group chat, if available, to control who can see and participate in the conversation.

Whether you’re a new contributor or an experienced member, these steps will help you efficiently add fresh content to your blog

Step 1: Log In to Your ePharmily Account

Step 2: Access the 'Create New Blog' Page

After logging in, on the homepage, locate the "Create" button.
Click on it, to get a pop-up action list and select "Create Blog"

Step 3: Fill in the Blog Details

Title: Enter a clear and engaging title for your blog post.
Media: Optionally, add images by clicking the “camera icon” or drag-and-drop media directly into the editor.
Tags/Categories: Select relevant tags or categories to improve navigation and SEO.

Step 4: Publishing Your Post

Once your blog post is complete, click “Publish.”
Confirm any prompts if the system asks you to verify that you’re ready to publish.
The blog post will now go live on the ePharmily blog section.

Step 5: Post-Publishing Checks

Navigate to your blog listing page to ensure your post appears correctly.
