After completing the signup process, users will be required to verify their email address to activate their RxQuiz account.

  1. After registration, a verification email will be sent to the user’s registered email address.
  2. Open the email inbox and locate the message from RxQuiz.
  3. Copy the verification code or click the verification link provided in the email.
  4. Return to the RxQuiz app and enter the verification code in the required field.
  5. Once verified successfully, the user will gain full access to the app features, quizzes, and competitions.
Important Notes:
  • Verification codes may expire after a few minutes for security purposes.
  • Users who do not receive the email should check their spam/junk folder.
  • A “Resend Verification Email” option is available if needed.

Reward Claim & Pills Withdrawal Guide 🎁

How to Claim Rewards

  1. Complete quizzes, battles, tournaments, or daily challenges to earn pills.
  2. Reward pills will automatically be added to your RxQuiz wallet after each successful gameplay.
  3. Users can monitor their total earnings and reward history from the Wallet or Rewards section in the app.

Before making a withdrawal, please complete the following steps:
  1. Go to your profile section in the RxQuiz app.
  2. Navigate to the “Trade Coins” button.
  3. Enter your ePharmily account details correctly.
  4. Carefully review the information provided, then click “Update” to save your details.

How to Withdraw Earned Pills

  1. Navigate to the Wallet at the top-right section within the RxQuiz app.
  2. Click on the withdraw botton and input the amount of pills you wish to withdraw or redeem (you an also add a custom message).
  3. Review your withdrawal details carefully, then click Submit Withdrawal to complete your request.

Withdrawal Processing

  • Withdrawal requests are subject to review and verification.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your ePharmily account type, (i.e premium membership).
  • Users may be required to verify their identity or account before withdrawals are approved.
Important Notes:
  • Fraudulent activities, multiple accounts, or abuse of the reward system may result in account suspension or forfeiture of rewards.

How do I delete my account and Data on RxQuiz? ❌

If you decide you no longer need your rxquiz account and would like to close it, there are a few things you should check beforehand.

Before you close your account

We recommend you check and follow these steps before you permanently close your account, so that you have everything you need:

  1. Withdraw all pills earnings from your balances.
  2. Check your connected cards — make sure you remove your card details from pills purchase.
  3. Wait for any pending pill payments to go through to your epharmily.

Will you delete my data?

YES... All your data on rxquiz app, will be deleted, and can not be retrieved.
