User Registration
To register, visit the registration page and fill out the required fields, including your name, email address, Pharmacy license and password. You will receive a confirmation email to activate your account.
Note: Not you must be a Pharmacy owner or a pharmacist, to register on our Pharmacy Management system.

Is it free to sell on Pharmorax?
Opening an account as a pharmacy owner - on our Pharmacy management System to sell/ dispense on Pharmorax is absolutely free.
You can create an account at any time and start selling / dispensing on Pharmorax as quickly as you can upload your products online, though there are fees and commissions for delivered products.
Pharmacy verification?
Pharmacy owners or Pharmacist selling to buyers on Pharmorax are required to be fully verified before listing an item/ product in accordance with their country law / Policies.
What will this verification entail?
- Phone and email.
- Pharmacy and Pharmacist information (i.e. Licensing
- Bank account information
What are the consequences of not passing verification?
- Pharmacy Owners will not be able to list they product, until they have passed the verification process.

Creating a listing (Product Upload)
Creating a listing is the first step in getting your item in front of buyers on Pharmorax.
When listing your item/ products, start by describing what you sell, dont also forget add photos, select the brand and physical details about the item, choose whether to use the variations or fixed price to set a price format.
Item description
A perfect item description is clear enough to tell patients what they need to know at a first view, it should be detailed enough so that there can be no confusion around exactly what they're buying.
Be sure to include:- Your product’s key selling points.
- Exactly what you're including in the sale. For example, if you're selling diclofenac, list if its combined with sodium or not.
- Full sentences with correct spelling and punctuation throughout.
Product condition
This helps patient in understanding the intended use, treatment purposes, and potential contraindications for each medication.
This section is especially useful when comparing different medicines or ensuring that the medication you select is appropriate for your current health needs.
Product Expiration date, should also includedItem/ product specifics
When filling in the specifics about your item/ product , you'll find that some fields are required and some are not, depending on which category you're selling in.
Item specifics may include brand, size, type (tablet, suspension, capsules), color, milligrams , grams, or other relevant information about the item you're selling.
We strongly recommend providing as many of these specifics as you can to ensure that your item gets maximum visibility on both Pharmorax and external sites such as Google search.
Pricing your Products
Listing your Products at the right price will help them sell. Look for similar products on Pharmorax to get an idea of what other Pharmacy are charging.
If you're not sure how much you should charge, or aren't sure of your item's value, you can use Pharmorax search function to help you find similar listings and decide on a price.
Selling fees
We charge two main types of selling fees: an insertion fee when you host your Pharmacy website with us and a final commission fee when your product sells.
