- Go to drugsearch.pharmorax.com and click Sign In at the top right side.
- Enter your name, email address or mobile phone number, password.
- Or sign Up using the Social Register
- Click Sign Up
- To finish creating your account, you need to confirm your email address or mobile phone number.
I can't create a Pharmorax account with my mobile phone number.
If you're having trouble creating an account with your mobile phone number:
- If you see a message saying that your mobile number isn't recognised, make sure you typed your mobile phone number correctly. Enter the country code (e.g. +91 for India and +234 for Nigeria) before the number.
- If this time you see a message saying that an account already exists with your mobile number, you may need to wait a few days to try adding it to your account.
If you already have a Pharmorax account with your mobile number but have forgotten your password:
- You can reset reset your password and log in to your account.
- If you don't have access to that mobile number, you can try to contact us with thesame email to log back in to your account
How to delete my Pharmorax Account ?
We regret to see you go, but understand if you need to close your Pharmorax account. As an alternative, you can place your account on hold for later use. If you still choose to close your account, here's how:
- Step 1: Log in to your Pharmorax account (via website or app)
- Step 2: Click on the "Account" menu option in the upper right corner.
- Step 3: Select "Delete Account" at the last part of the page.

How to place an order on Pharmorax?
To place an order on Pharmorax:- Step 1: Search and select the desired product(s).
- Step 2: Select and Click on "Add to Cart ".
- Step 3: Proceed to checkout and enter your delivery information.
- Step 4: Select a payment method and complete the payment process (Prepaid).
- Step 5: Confirm your order and wait for delivery.
How to do i track my order?
To track your order on Pharmorax, you can follow these steps:- Step 1: Log in to your Pharmorax account (via website or app).
- Step 2: Go to the "My Orders" section.
- Step 3: Find your order and click on "See Details", then Check on “Status History”.
- Step 4: You will see the current status of your order, including the estimated delivery time.
We are also sending order updates Via Email. If you have any questions about your order status, you can contact Pharmorax customer support for assistance.
How to Cancel my orders?
Once the order has been placed and its being processed, it cannot be canceled from your side, Although you can cancel the order by rejecting the delivery when our courier contacts you.

What payment Declined on Pharmorax?
If your payment is declined, you can check the following to resolve the issue:
- Check the spelling and billing information you entered for accuracy.
- Ensure that your credit card has sufficient funds or that your bank account has enough balance.
- Check if there are any restrictions on your card, such as a daily spending limit.
- Make sure your card has not expired.
